Playing in the daffodils is a yearly event for this family and now that I’ve done it, it may become a yearly event for me too. Who knew that in early spring all around Ottawa there are fields of these beautiful flowers?

I’ve been eagerly awaiting this photoshoot because I knew we would have so much fun running around and I was right, this sunny Saturday morning exceeded my expectations. Such beautiful bright colours, sweet spring dresses, an adorable beagle, and a fun-loving family with smiles from ear-to-ear. Does it get any better than this?
