The title of this post is appropriate for three reasons. The first and most obvious is that there are five people in this family. The second is that I think there’s a party everywhere these guys go because they are super funny, totally entertaining, and the kind of family you just want to hang out with. And third, the tv show Party of Five was on air when I knew of the Dad in high school.

Fast forward, ummmmmm, a few years, and I meet Max who’s awesome fun and tells these great stories about her kids. She just happens to be married to Jon who was in a very cool band with a bunch of guys from my high school and used to play at The Pit, anybody remember that place?

Needless to say, I was totally excited when they asked me to photograph their family and loved that the children were ready to show off their musical talents.
